{"id":313,"date":"2011-01-14T13:58:07","date_gmt":"2011-01-14T11:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.videospotting.org\/eng\/?p=313"},"modified":"2011-01-14T13:58:07","modified_gmt":"2011-01-14T11:58:07","slug":"diva-station-at-trubar-literature-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.videospotting.org\/eng\/archives\/313","title":{"rendered":"DIVA Station at Trubar Literature House"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Evenings of Intermedia Arts<br \/>\n<strong>DIVA Station<br \/>\nDemonstration of physical and web archive of video art in Slovenia <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, January 11, at 6 pm<br \/>\nTrubar Literature House, Stritarjeva 7, Ljubljana <\/p>\n<p>DIVA Station is starting with the series of demonstration in 2011 at the Trubar Literature House. <strong>Barbara Bor\u010di\u0107<\/strong> in <strong>Ida Hir\u0161enfelder<\/strong>, heads of the archive, will present the context and purpose of DIVA archive. <\/p>\n<p>The presentation will be followed by the screening of the video essay Digital Video Archive (script, camera, editing, and text: <strong>Nika Grabar<\/strong>, 16 min, production: SCCA-Ljubljana, 2009). Video essay was produced in the framework of the study exhibition Diva at \u0160kuc Gallery in 2009. The author says: &#8220;Archiving is really keeping some kind of memory alive. DIVA is trying to find memory for images and enable us to think the space of art.
